Workers' Compensation Managed Care Arrangements:
Florida's Workers' Compensation is dually regulated by the Agency for Health Care Administration (Agency) and the Department of Financial Services (DFS). The Agency authorizes and monitors Workers' Compensation Managed Care Self Insurers/Carriers and certifies Workers' Compensation Managed Care Networks.
